Job summary

Recruit-It is seeking a skilled IT Support / Systems Administrator to handle advanced technical support, systems administration, and endpoint management. The role covers Windows servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 administration, and ITSM ticket handling in a fast-paced environment.

You will contribute to infrastructure operations, monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery activities while mentoring Tier 1 technicians and ensuring SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• Matric with relevant IT certifications.
• Essential certifications include A+, Network+, and Microsoft 365/M365 related certs.
• Linux+ or LPIC 1 recommended; equal or higher certs accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and incident resolution.
• Administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Manage endpoint and application deployment and updates.
• Support server administration and infrastructure operations.
• Document processes and mentor junior staff.
• Participate in after-hours on-call roster if required.
