Job summary

Capital H Staffing and Advisory Solutions seeks an IT Support Engineer to ensure excellent end-user experience by resolving issues swiftly. You will remotely support employees across North Europe, US and UK, handling laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and Office apps including Teams and SharePoint Online.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in IT customer support, strong Windows skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IT customer support or helpdesk role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and common business apps.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook and SharePoint Online.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Provide prompt resolution of service issues and requests.
• Deliver remote or in-person technical support across the company.
• Create user accounts and manage access rights.
• Repair or replace faulty equipment as needed.
• Test new technologies and assist in training junior staff.
• Develop and maintain end-user knowledge databases and manuals.
