Job summary

Cecile Personnel (Pty) Ltd is seeking an IT Support professional to provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobiles, printers and peripherals. You will troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 issues, manage the endpoint lifecycle, and assist with AD/Azure AD, DNS and DHCP administration.

Responsibilities include supporting Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive, iManage/FileSite, Intune, VPN and LAN/WAN connectivity, plus workstation builds and ongoing security, patching and offboarding.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years' experience in a corporate IT support environment.
• Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 experience.
• Experience with Windows Server, Hyper‑V and VMware.
• Solid understanding of AD, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and SMTP.
• Experience with Teams, SharePoint, Exchange and Exchange Online.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi and VPN technologies.
• Knowledge of endpoint security and patch management.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Relevant IT certifications such as Microsoft or CompTIA advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport essential.
• Willingness to travel between offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Provide professional support to senior stakeholders, including directors and lawyers.
• Manage the full endpoint lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.
• Support Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Provide iManage/FileSite user support.
• Assist with Intune and endpoint management.
• Troubleshoot VPN, Wi-Fi and LAN/WAN connectivity.
• Perform workstation builds, rebuilds and lifecycle replacements.
• Maintain endpoint security, patching and access controls.
• Assist with user access reviews, cybersecurity awareness and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate ticket notes, documentation and asset records.
• Liaise with vendors regarding repairs, warranties and escalations.
• Participate in after-hours/weekend standby when required.
• Support IT operations across the Western Cape.
