Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a knowledgeable Employment Law Advisor to join its legal team in Upington. This hybrid position supports the HR department on all employment-related matters, including contract drafting and policy development.

You will advise management, handle disciplinary processes and labour relations disputes, and stay updated with changes in South African labor legislation, contributing to a compliant and productive workplace.

Qualifications

• Admitted attorney with employment law experience.
• Minimum of 4 years advising on employment matters.
• Strong understanding of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and related laws.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
• Experience handling labor disputes and negotiations.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities
