About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Employment Law Attorney to join their esteemed legal practice in Klerksdorp . This role focuses on providing expert legal counsel and representation to employers on a wide spectrum of employment-related matters. You will be responsible for advising on labor law compliance, drafting employment contracts, and handling disputes and litigation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of South African labor legislation and a proven track record of success in employment law, contributing to a positive and compliant work environment for their clients in the North West .

Key Responsibilities

• Advise employers on all aspects of South African labor law, including disciplinary processes, CCMA disputes, and retrenchments.

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in employment law .
• In-depth knowledge of the Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, and other relevant legislation.
• Proven experience in handling complex labor disputes and negotiations.
• Excellent advocacy, drafting, and client advisory skills.
• Strong ability to interpret and apply employment legislation effectively.
