Job summary

Sigma Connected Group in Cape Town's Southern Suburbs seeks a Collections/Financial Advisor to deliver a first‑class customer experience. You will engage with customers empathetically, discuss outstanding balances, and agree on affordable repayment solutions, adapting to individual circumstances.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year in financial services contact centre, preferably UK-based.
Loan processing experience in a BPO is advantageous.
Matric certificate is essential.
Live within 30km of the Cape Town office.
Strong written and verbal communication, adaptable to customers.

Responsibilities

Proactively contact customers via inbound/outbound channels to discuss balances and repayment solutions.
Deliver first-class customer service with empathy, addressing concerns and conflicts.
Maintain KPI focus and contribute to a fast-paced, team environment.
