Job summary

Concentrix in Cape Town is hiring a Collections Advisor to support customers in arrears on an international campaign. You will assess financial hardship indicators and offer tailored, compliant solutions, with a base salary of R11 000.

The role is on-site at our vibrant Cape Town office. Requirements include Matric, 6+ months collections or 12+ months financial services, and solid PC skills. Benefits include medical aid, pension, transport, EAP and life cover.

Qualifications

• 6+ months Collections experience OR 12+ months Financial Services experience.
• Outbound dialer/Omni-channel experience is desirable.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• PC literate with good keyboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fair and compliant outcomes in an empathetic manner.
• Work with income and expenditure data to offer affordable payment plans.
• Own individual objectives to support wider business success.
• Contribute to discussions to improve the customer journey in an agile way.
• Manage customer accounts in line with regulatory requirements using digital platforms.
