Placements24 seeks a Senior Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist to drive promotion and sales in the Centurion region. This hybrid role blends remote work with field-based client engagement, requiring travel within the territory.

You will present clinical data, build relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and hospital administrators, and collaborate with marketing and medical affairs to support product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Pharmacy, Business Admin, Marketing or Life Sciences).
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience with quotas.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships in healthcare.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical market, regulatory landscape.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and territory management abilities.
• Ability to travel within the territory and work hybrid.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets within Centurion territory.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with physicians, pharmacists, hospital admins, and stakeholders.
• Educate healthcare professionals on product features, benefits, and use.
• Present product data and value propositions through meetings and events.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage and grow a sales territory for optimal product placement.
