Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and competitive landscape.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in market analysis and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and product launch strategies.
• Conduct market analysis, identify market trends, and define target customer segments.
• Manage the product lifecycle from launch to maturity to maximize market share and profitability.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns including advertising, digital marketing, and sales training materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and R&D for alignment and execution.
• Monitor market performance, analyze sales data, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage the product budget and ensure effective resource allocation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulations and codes of conduct.
• Provide product training and support to the sales team.
