Placements24 is seeking a Senior Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to cover Soweto, Gauteng. The role blends field-based engagement with remote planning and reporting, focusing on promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies.
The ideal candidate has a Pharmacy/Life Sciences/Marketing degree and at least 4 years in pharma sales, with a proven quota track record. A driver’s license and CRM/MS Office proficiency are required for success in a hybrid
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit targets.
- Build relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and HCPs.
- Educate providers on product features and clinical applications.
- Present product information and address clinical questions.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs.
- Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and feedback.
- Attend industry events and training sessions.
- Manage territory budget and resources.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
