You will drive sales targets, build stakeholder relationships, and provide market feedback in a remote-first setup.

The role requires a degree in a related field and 3–5 years in pharma sales, with strong virtual selling and CRM skills. Travel for occasional in-person events may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Proven ability to sell effectively in remote/virtual environments.
• Excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, drug mechanisms, and regulatory guidelines.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for virtual interactions.
• Strong ability to build rapport and establish credibility with healthcare professionals remotely.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly organized with excellent time management.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and virtual tools (Zoom, Teams).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally for in-person meetings or events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a remote sales strategy to achieve targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders virtually.
