Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, premium spirits, wines, and draught beers according to exact group recipes and standards.
• Maintain high speed, accuracy, and flair during busy service periods.
• Engage warmly with guests at the bar, offering recommendations and menu guidance.
• Create a clean, welcoming, high-energy atmosphere at the bar counter.
• Execute daily bar setup, fruit cutting, syrup preparation, batching, and restocking.
• Maintain hygiene and organization behind the bar and in storage areas.
• Assist with stock takes, cash-ups, and managing breakages.
