Job summary

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Cape Town invites a Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service in a luxury setting. You will mix cocktails, greet guests, and provide personalized service to create memorable experiences while maintaining high standards of appearance and professionalism.

Applicants should have 2+ years in luxury hospitality, strong English communication, and knowledge of beverages. Availability for nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury or upmarket hotel or fine dining preferred.
• Food & beverage training or hospitality qualification advantageous.
• Experience with Point of Sale systems (POS).

• Mix and serve a wide range of beverages.
