Qualifications

• 3–5 years bar management in premium venues.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine cocktail menus, introduce seasonal specials, and ensure consistency in presentation and flavor.
• Oversee daily bar operations, including setup, service flow, and closing procedures.
• Recruit, train, and motivate bartenders and barbacks.
• Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and ordering processes.
• Support budgeting, analyze P&L, and drive profitability.
• Conduct ongoing training in mixology and guest engagement.
• Uphold the venue’s image through grooming, presentation and service standards.
