Responsibilities

• Take drink orders accurately at the bar or seating areas.
• Recommend drinks based on guest preferences and maintain quality.
• Prepare cocktails following recipes with precision and consistency.
• Upsell, cross-sell, and drive revenue per guest weekly and monthly.
• Maintain a clean, stocked bar and proper sanitation throughout shifts.
• Assist with inventory and stock takes for bar supplies.
