Job summary

Recruit for Africa PTY Limited is building an elite bar team for a premier seafront dining concept in Mouille Point, Cape Town. As part of a pre-opening group, you will work under our Head Mixologist to set the standard for Atlantic Seaboard hospitality.

We seek passionate BARTENDERS with 2+ years of high-volume experience to deliver craft cocktails, premium service, and an electric atmosphere at the bar. Start: September for October opening. Market-related salary package offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of high-volume bartending experience.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and mixology techniques.
• Autonomous, energetic, and customer-focused with a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, premium spirits, wines, and beers according to recipes and standards.
• Engage warmly with guests, offer menu guidance, and tailor drinks to preferences.
• Execute daily bar setup, prep, restocking, hygiene and stock management.
