Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of Bar Management experience in a busy upscale venue.
Strong leadership and training abilities.
Proficient in stock control, costing and GP margin management.
Knowledge of modern cocktail techniques and flavor profiling.

Responsibilities

Pre-Opening & Menu Creation: design and cost an innovative cocktail menu.
Set up bar ergonomics, stock systems, prep schedules and inventory controls.
Recruit, onboard and train a high-performing bar team in mixology and service speed.
Oversee daily bar service with focus on speed, consistency and presentation.
Engage with guests at the bar to create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere.
Drive bar profitability, manage stock levels, minimize spillage and conduct audits.
Cultivate relationships with beverage suppliers and local distilleries.
