Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations, including sales, customer service and inventory management.
• Drive store profitability by implementing effective sales strategies and promotions.
• Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock control and merchandising standards.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness and visual merchandising according to company guidelines.
• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and returns effectively and professionally.
• Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and adherence to labor laws.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety and security procedures in Benoni.
