Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail management with a proven track record.
• Experience leading teams and building a positive work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales, manage inventory, and control costs.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service.
• Manage inventory levels, stock counts, ordering, and merchandising.
• Develop strategies to drive sales, footfall, and customer loyalty.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
