Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in overseeing all store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management.
• Supervise and motivate the retail team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Support the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocktakes, ordering, and maintaining stock accuracy.
• Ensure that visual merchandising standards are maintained and that the store is presented attractively.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in managing staff schedules and ensuring adequate floor coverage.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security.
• Participate in remote planning meetings and contribute to operational strategy development.
• Act as a key holder and open/close the store as required.
