Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the retail store in Benoni, including staffing, inventory, and store standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
• Manage staff performance, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory levels, stock control, and loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage.
• Oversee store maintenance, cleanliness, and overall presentation to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the store team.
