Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Community Manager or similar role in e-commerce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with friendly tone.
• Deep understanding of major social platforms and community features.
• Experience in customer service or support is advantageous.
• Empathy to resolve issues effectively across channels.
• Proficiency with social media management and monitoring tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow social media communities across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
• Engage daily with followers, respond to comments, messages, inquiries professionally.
• Foster positive interactions, encourage user-generated content, build brand advocates.
• Monitor conversations for mentions, trends, and feedback; escalate issues.
• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to boost participation.
