Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a social media content strategy aligned with ecommerce goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish posts, stories, reels, and videos.
• Monitor channels daily; respond to comments and inquiries.
• Engage with the online community and nurture brand advocates.
• Identify influencers and key community members for collaborations.
• Track metrics and provide insights on engagement, reach, and sentiment.
• Collaborate with marketing to integrate social with campaigns.
• Assist in social media ad campaigns and experimentation.
• Stay updated on platform trends and best practices.
• Report on community growth and KPIs.
