Job summary

Dentsuaegis is seeking an E-commerce Platform Specialist to manage and optimize our client’s online sales platforms from our Rustenburg offices. You will oversee product listings, order processing, inventory synchronization, and platform feature implementations to maximize sales and deliver a seamless customer experience.

The role requires hands-on technical aptitude, strong analytics, and the ability to troubleshoot and upgrade e-commerce performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms and teams.
• Experience with Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Familiarity with PIM and inventory management systems.
• Ability to analyze sales data and extract actionable insights.
• Basic HTML/CSS for minor site edits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform ensuring stability and performance.
• Manage product catalog, pricing, and imagery updates.
• Ensure accurate inventory across channels; coordinate with warehouse.
• Process orders and handle customer inquiries about status and fulfillment.
• Implement promotions, discounts, and coupons on the platform.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and collaborate with developers for fixes.
• Analyze sales data and traffic to identify optimization opportunities.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and platform updates.
