Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
6+ years of experience in e-commerce platform management.
Experience with enterprise-level platforms (Magento, Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
Strong understanding of UX/UI, CRO, and A/B testing methodologies.
Proficiency in web analytics and data interpretation.
Experience with agile development and project management tools.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Deep understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the platform strategy and roadmap.
Oversee daily platform operations, uptime, and performance.
Collaborate with development teams to implement features, functionalities, and integrations.
Drive UX and CRO improvements through data analysis and testing.
Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion, AOV, and bounce rate.
Ensure security, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with marketing for product merchandising and promotions.
Manage third-party integrations (gateways, CRM, etc.).
Stay ahead of e-commerce tech trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
Lead and mentor platform specialists and developers.
