Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, strategic planning, or business analysis.
• Experience in e-commerce or retail sector is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize day-to-day operational processes within the e-commerce business.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to support business growth and market expansion.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing operational performance and customer experience.
