Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in e-commerce or online retail is preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze e-commerce sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reports for the e-commerce business.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with IT to define requirements for new features and improvements.
• Gather and document business requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend operational improvements.
• Perform UAT for new website features and functions.
• Translate data into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
• Support marketing in analyzing campaign performance and optimization.
• Stay updated on e-commerce analytics best practices.
