Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience managing shipping carriers and optimizing delivery networks for online retail.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) and shipping software/carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, local carriers).

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations for e-commerce sales channels, including order fulfillment, shipping, and returns.
• Select, negotiate with, and manage relationships with third-party shipping carriers and logistics partners.
• Optimize shipping strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery times for customers.
