Job summary

Communicate Finance is seeking an E-commerce Marketing Manager to drive online revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and digital sales performance. You will collaborate with Brand teams and technology partners to optimise the customer journey, launch campaigns, and leverage AI tools to stay ahead of e-commerce trends.

The role requires 5+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing, and experience with Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Digital Marketing, or related field
Minimum 5+ years' experience in E-commerce Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Online Retail
Experience working with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar platforms advantageous
Strong understanding of online consumer behaviour and digital growth strategies
Proven track record of driving online sales growth

Responsibilities

Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies to drive online revenue growth
Manage customer acquisition campaigns across Paid Media, SEO, Email Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing
Monitor and optimise website performance, conversion rates, and customer journeys
Analyse online sales performance and customer behaviour data
Collaborate with Product, CRM, Content, and Technology teams
Manage promotional calendars, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
Implement CRO initiatives to increase transactions and revenue
Utilise analytics tools to identify growth opportunities
Manage digital marketing budgets and performance reporting
Stay informed of e-commerce trends, AI tools, and emerging technologies
