Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong focus on e-commerce to lead online growth initiatives in a fully remote role. You will develop and execute holistic campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and affiliates, analyze performance, optimize ROI, and guide a remote team to drive traffic, conversions and customer acquisition for online stores.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in digital marketing, proven PPC/social/email success, and expertise in SEO

Qualifications

5+ years of digital marketing experience with strong e-commerce growth focus.
Demonstrated success managing PPC, social advertising, and email campaigns.
Expertise in SEO best practices and content strategy.
Proficiency with web analytics platforms and marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategy.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and affiliates to drive e-commerce sales.
Manage and optimize advertising budgets to achieve KPIs like CPA, ROAS, and ROI.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
Oversee creation of marketing content including website copy, ad creatives, and emails with brand consistency.
Use analytics tools to track, measure, and report campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with product development and sales to align marketing with business objectives.
