Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor and engage with our online community across platforms like Facebook Groups, Instagram, and forums.
• Respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner.
• Develop strategies to grow engagement, foster community growth, and encourage user-generated content.
• Identify customer issues or trends and escalate to relevant teams (customer service, marketing).
• Organize and host online events, Q&A sessions, and contests to drive interaction and loyalty.
