Job summary

MCI seeks confident Dutch Call Center Representatives to join our growing team in Cape Town. You must be fluent in English and Dutch and have 1–2 years in customer service within a BPO environment. A Grade 12 / NSC is required.

You will handle customer interactions across channels, maintain accurate records, and deliver a professional experience while meeting quality and productivity targets in a fast-paced setting. Authorization to work in the country is required.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / NSC or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in customer service in a BPO environment.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; excellent verbal and written communication.
