Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in sales/business development; 3+ years in management within financial services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent knowledge of KwaZulu-Natal financial services market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel across Durban region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic regional business development plans to achieve ambitious sales targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
