Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the logistics or supply chain industry.
• At least 2 years in a sales leadership or management role.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for logistics solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in KwaZulu-Natal region.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients for retention.
• Oversee the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals and forecast accurately.
• Conduct market research on customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams for seamless delivery.
• Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
• Drive a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
