Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) is required.
• Ability to manage a sales territory effectively and prioritize leads.
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a disciplined approach to sales.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the Durban region.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
• A proactive attitude towards identifying and solving customer challenges.
