Key Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and identify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targeted revenue growth.
• Conduct in-depth client needs assessments and deliver persuasive product and service presentations.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in field sales or a similar client-facing sales role, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the Durban region and occasionally beyond.
• Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and customer relationship management.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration is advantageous.
