Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover the Durban, KwaZulu-Natal region. The role demands regular client visits, product presentations, and closing sales to grow market share within the territory.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of field sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting quotas. A valid driver’s license and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of field sales or a similar client-facing sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new clients within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts for profitable outcomes.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of products/services.
• Maintain records of sales activities and pipeline status in CRM.
