Concentrix in Durban, South Africa is seeking a driven B2B Sales Advisor with a passion for sales and customer service. You will onboard new business clients, understand their needs, promote procurement solutions, and guide them through data-driven decisions.

With at least 2 years in outbound sales and a willingness to work 24/7 shifts, you’ll build strong relationships, support client success, and contribute to measurable savings while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Formación

• 2+ years in outbound sales or cold calling.
• 1+ year of contact centre experience supporting an international campaign.
• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Clear criminal and credit record; fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new business customers, build strong relationships, and promote adoption of client procurement solutions.
• Understand client needs and offer flexible payment terms and options that support goals.
• Guide clients in using analytics tools to improve visibility and control spending.
• Assist clients in integrating digital purchasing tools with their systems.
• Monitor account health, usage, and savings with regular updates.
• Conduct outbound calls to businesses using structured contact lists.
• Manage prospect data and identify opportunities proactively.
• Complete administrative tasks to support compliance and standards.
• Engage gatekeepers professionally and reach key decision-makers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve requests across platforms while delivering a positive experience.
