Cashbuild Limited is seeking a Divisional Manager for internal applications, overseeing strategic division performance across stores. You will lead with a focus on protecting assets, growing market share, and ensuring customer-focused service delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, accounting skills, and the ability to manage multiple stores under OHSA guidelines while driving HR processes and team development across the division.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with at least 5 years retail management experience.
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Valid ID or valid work permit (local).
• Must have strong accounting skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must have strong leadership skills.
• Must have strong administrative skills.
• Must have own transport and cell phone.
• Must have sound knowledge of OHSA.
• Must have strong Human Resource skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a strategic plan for the division aligned with company strategy.
• Grow transactions, sales and market share within the division.
• Manage customer loyalty programs and 3rd party credit.
• Ensure store business plans are implemented and updated as required.
• Manage and monitor the Customer Service strategy within the division stores.
• Control shrinkage, protect assets, and manage store level Debtors.
• Ensure OHSA compliance and oversee safety measures by store.
• Plan manpower requirements and succession planning across stores.
• Maintain store standards, stock management, and merchandising policies.
