Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a strategic plan for the division aligned with company strategy.
• Grow transactions, sales and market share; achieve sales budgets and growth objectives.
• Manage customer loyalty programs and 3rd party credit; protect assets.
• Ensure store business plans are implemented and updated; monitor OHSA and safety.
• Lead manpower planning, succession planning, and employee relations across stores.
