Cashbuild Limited is seeking a Divisional Manager for External Applications. The role focuses on protecting and growing market share, driving divisional strategies, and ensuring strong customer service and asset protection across stores.

You will lead HR initiatives, manage manpower planning, and maintain store standards while adhering to OHSA and company policies. Travel and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Competenze

• Grade 12 with at least 5 years retail management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Must be able to work under pressure.
• Must have sound knowledge of OHSA.
• Must have strong leadership and administrative skills.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must have own transport and cell phone.
• Must have sound accounting and HR skills.
