Job summary

Cashbuild Limited is seeking an experienced Store Manager to protect and grow profitable market share in line with company strategy. You will lead strategic planning, drive sales, manage customer services, and ensure asset protection and OHSA compliance across the store.

The role requires Grade 12 and 3–5 years of related retail management experience, strong leadership and HR skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with at least 3–5 years related retail management experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work under pressure.
• Computer literate with strong administrative skills.
• Sound knowledge of OHSA and HR management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage a strategic plan for the store aligned with divisional strategy.
• Grow transactions, sales and market share in-store and meet budgets.
• Manage customer service strategy and a delivery service per policy.
• Control shrinkage, protect assets and manage store safety (OHSA).
• Oversee manpower planning, training, and employee relations.
