• Proven track record of successfully managing spa operations, P&L responsibility, and driving revenue growth.
• Extensive knowledge of spa treatments, wellness modalities, fitness programming, and the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in spa management software and financial reporting tools.
• Passion for health, wellness, and delivering unparalleled guest experiences.
