Job summary

Salix Recruitment seeks a Digital Project Manager to coordinate end-to-end digital initiatives in the insurance/financial services space. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and align stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences.

You will conduct sprint reviews, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvements using data-driven insights and post-implementation reviews. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience; insurance or financial services background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital projects.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, budgets and resources.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies and bottlenecks with mitigation plans.
• Ensure projects adhere to platform best practices, brand guidelines and customer experience principles.
• Act as central contact for digital project initiatives and facilitate cross-unit communication.
• Run regular sprint reviews, status updates and stakeholder workshops.
• Monitor KPIs related to project outcomes and digital sales performance.
• Deliver post-implementation reviews and recommend continuous improvements based on data and feedback.
