Job summary

Salix Recruitment in South Africa is seeking a capable Digital Project Manager to coordinate end-to-end digital initiatives, align stakeholders and ensure timely delivery across channels. You will lead agile ceremonies, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement using customer feedback and performance data.

A 3–5 year track record in project delivery within insurance or financial services is preferred, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital projects from ideation to go-live and performance monitoring.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders and maintain detailed project plans (timelines, milestones, budgets, resources).
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies and bottlenecks with mitigation plans.
• Ensure projects adhere to platform best practices, brand guidelines and customer experience principles.
• Serve as central point of contact for digital initiatives and facilitate clear cross-functional communication.
• Run regular sprint reviews, status updates and stakeholder workshops.
• Monitor KPIs related to project outcomes and digital sales performance.
• Deliver post-implementation reviews and recommend continuous improvements based on data and feedback.
