Job summary

The Recruitment Council, partnering with a top-tier client in South Africa, seeks a Digital Sales Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects across channels. You will coordinate stakeholders and drive delivery timelines to elevate the customer journey.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project lifecycle management, risk mitigation, and performance reviews to continuously improve outcomes and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proven experience managing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and innovative skills.
• Leadership and influencing abilities with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Background in an insurer or financial services company.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire lifecycle of digital projects from ideation to go-live and performance monitoring.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resources with stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks with robust mitigation plans.
• Ensure initiatives adhere to platform best practices, brand guidelines, and CX principles.
• Serve as central contact for digital initiatives, coordinating between business units, marketing, IT, and external providers.
• Run regular sprint reviews and workshops to ensure alignment and hit KPIs.
