Job summary

Salix Recruitment is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead planning, execution and delivery of digital projects across digital sales channels.

You will work across business, marketing, IT and external partners to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery aligned to customer experience and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital projects from requirements to go-live and review.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and success measures with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, budgets and resources.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies and delivery bottlenecks.
• Coordinate projects across business, marketing, IT and external partners.
• Facilitate sprint reviews, stakeholder workshops and status updates.
• Ensure initiatives follow platform best practices, brand guidelines and CX principles.
• Monitor KPIs and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement after project implementation.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of digital projects across digital sales channels.

This is a highly collaborative role, working across business, marketing, IT and external service providers to ensure digital initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to customer experience and business objectives.

We're looking for someone who can bring people together, keep projects moving and turn digital initiatives into delivered outcomes.

You should be comfortable working across multiple teams, managing senior stakeholders, navigating dependencies and taking ownership from project initiation through to implementation.

• Monitor project and digital sales KPIs and use performance data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
