Job summary

Boardroom Appointments seeks a Senior Digital Solutions Analyst to lead analysis and strategic planning of digital platforms. You will drive lifecycle development from concept to implementation, aligning with organizational goals and IT best practices.

You will act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams, map processes to new or existing functionality, and identify improvements to create efficient, measurable solutions for customer-facing platforms.

Qualifications

• ITIL V4 Foundation or higher (an advantage).
• Experience in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design and development, vendor management, systems integrations and strong business understanding.
• Experience of financial concepts and practices.
• Experience in the company business model.
• Business process knowledge including the ability to document these processes.
• Strong team lead / management background.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Sound knowledge of the industry.
• Demonstrated skill in managing the development of optimal business systems.
• Ability to communicate concepts concisely and eloquently to management and cross-functional teams, verbally, in writing, and through visuals.
• Knowledge of new technologies and ability to stay updated and make recommendations.
• Ability to prioritise and execute tasks in high-pressure environments for self and teams.
• Excellent ability to direct staff in integrating IT services with business deliverables.
• Excellent experience of IT disciplines: design, development, implementation, integrations, QA, operations, user support.
• Excellent experience in multi-vendor environment management.
• Excellent experience in consulting and influencing stakeholders.
• Knowledge of out-of-the-box features for creating webpages, forms, workflows, and more.

Responsibilities

• The Senior Digital Solutions Analyst oversees the entire lifecycle of digital platform development, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring alignment with goals and best practices.
• Be a trusted advisor in best-practice processes and solutions for the company's customer-facing Digital Solution.
• Analyze processes and map them to existing or new functionality.
• Identify process improvements, introduce new solutions to drive efficiencies, elicit customer requirements, and design effective solutions.
• Assist the development team by testing the relevant platform to ensure alignment with customer processes and requirements.
