Job summary

Salix Recruitment is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead planning, execution and delivery of digital projects spanning digital sales channels. The role collaborates across business, marketing, IT and external service providers to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery aligned with customer experience and business objectives.

You will bring people together, keep projects moving and translate digital initiatives into tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

Matric (Grade 12) is required.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
4–6 years of proven experience managing projects across the full lifecycle.
Experience with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams is essential.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end lifecycle of digital projects from requirements to go-live and review.
Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and success metrics with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, milestones, budgets and resource needs.
Identify and manage risks, dependencies and bottlenecks.
Coordinate across business, marketing, IT and external partners.
Facilitate sprint reviews and stakeholder workshops with regular updates.
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and customer experience principles.
Monitor KPIs and use data to drive improvements.
Drive continuous improvement post-implementation.
