Qualifikationen

• Minimum qualification aligned to financial services, FAIS aware or exam ready.
• Experience with regulatory checks (FICA, POPI, NCR) and customer on-boarding.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and maintain service levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
• Understand Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and code of conduct.
